Harsh parekhGanesh sagar restuarant is good but today it disappointed me as the service of staff was horrible as today I ordered masala dosa and it was not fresh so I complained about it to the waiter and he assured me that he would replace it but I waited for more than five minutes but he gave preference to other customers(may be because they were more well dressed than us) so I decided that manager should know about it but suddenly waiter came to me and told me that I have listened to your complain so i said that u were too busy attending other customers and I went to my table and waited for other dosa but still they brought dosa which was also not fresh it was khata(sour)taste was too bad, it was not even going inside my throat so I decided to leave my table and went to manager and asked for bill and manager apologized and assured that it will not happen again. This incidense is of 22nd june 2017 .This description is for owner because he should make sure these type of things should not take place.
