The service center in Dharampeth is the most horrendus center I ever visited. Its been 1 month that i have given my device for repair and still no reply from them yet. The following are the cons. 1. Cramped up 2. They take very long time to decide whether the mobile parts which needs to be replaced or not. 3. They are not confident regarding their own work process. 4. The give incomplete information regarding documentation that needs to be submitted. 5. Pathetically slow to work. 6. The number which they have provided is always busy when called.
