I am from Mumbai.... So accordingly I would say not a place to stay here.... AC not working properly, due to boring water the bathroom was unclean, they have there own restaurant but costly as per the food quality. Sugandh Residency next to Visava would be preferable than Visava, they dont have there own restaurant but there are lot of restaurants around so no issue staying in Sugandh........
