The assistance offered to us when we decided to buy a flat in their project was nothing short of extraordinary. From sorting paperwork to incorporating our request for some modifications during construction of our flat, every request was met with a helpful smile from the Mahajan staff. Kudos to them!

Mayank JoshiI bought a home in one of Ravi Mahajan’s projects recently and it was a great experience . This was my first property purchase and as someone who’s just put down his entire savings into buying a new flat, quality of service as well as the apartment was of top priority. The people at Mr. Mahajan’s office handled the paperwork well and even connected me to a bank that was offering a lower rate of interest than the lender I had approached. But in the end, it is all about the quality of your apartment and here is where we were most satisfied. Spacious and airy rooms, high quality accessories, decent parking, generator backup and most importantly, round the clock security and safety features. I feel blessed to have my first property purchase go so smoothly. Of course, Mahajan Builders played their part too!
