Preeti NegiAwesome experience. Speedy service. Helpful and polite staff. Clearly, the satisfaction of the customer is their priority. Within half an hour they solved my issue. Not only this they were patient enough to allow me to provide the purchase invoice through my email as I had forgotten to bring the hard copy. Keep up the good work.

Sachin SahaneI had worst experience of MI Vashi service center. Not sure why MI is offering 1 year warranty when they want to put blame on customers only. I have seen that engineer was always repeating same dialogue of "Liquid is inside phone" for 3-4 customers in front of me. Why customer will dip phone in water which he bought with hard earned money of 13k. I guess they have found new technique to put blame on customer. He has not given me any resolution despite I have asked him that my phone has never contacted with water. MI should take the responsibility of issues otherwise they will soon be thrown out of SmartPhone market by customers.
