Worst! Worst! The staff only know one alphabet of ABCD that is S-software. They do not repair mobile properly and the staff were discussing with each other and chatting. The worst service I had ever seen. It is my humble request if anyone is thinking to by Micromax product please do not buy.I had visited 10 times but still the problem is going on.

Micromax Worst service center.They only know one thing software.If issue not solved by so called software your device is of no use.They took charges for testing Rs 100 and for software Rs 400.No original bill given in my case.

Poor Service Trying to contact service center in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. No one is picking up the number in the morning at 10.30 am sometimes its switchoff in working hours. It seems no one cares about customer service in Micromax dont buy micromax online because service centre dont care about it.

Worst service ever they only lnow to software update and the one and only techician is disgratefully doesnot kniw how repair they sended my phone to delhi and after i got it back after 1 month it exists the same problem i will never buy micromax in my life

Pathetic people.. Fraud service center. I had given my new mobile having up/Down key not functioning to them. After a month as on a said date when i went they handed a different IMEI mobile to me & said Micromax has given me a new mobile(which was old in retrun of my brand new mobile) when i asked them for an acknowledgement of new IMEI as my mobile was in warranty they got caught. They called me later 2 weeks & they took nearly 2 months for repair. & gave me a old worn out mobile in return. The body color of my mobile was totally dirty & it looks like they steal parts of new mobile. I will lodge a complaint against them in consumer forum.
