    Very Very Bad experience. For a vehicle taken delivery 2.5 months back, I am still awaiting the Vehicle registration no. Even the delivery was grossly delayed. Their showroom is even pathetic than a govt. office. No guidance , no inquiring, their telephone nos are never attended. For small issues , they make customers to visit their showroom in only weekdays compelling people to take a day-off from office. No support for vehicle registration. Rather I feel this the only showroom which makes customer to go RTO for their vehicle registration, hence adding to the inconvenience of customers.

    Not a good store to have dealings. First of all the staff is not at all trained enough to deal with customers. One has to spend 15-20min for any staff to come and attend your queries. Second, i wus suggest always check with some other dealers with the quotation that they give you. Always at the increased side. No much assistance given with sale of products. Service centre unlike all service centre is the same pathetic one. No sincere work done.(Careless work done, do chk them thoroughly before taking them out after servicing). Only gives a list of work done with no personal responsibility involved.

    Dear sir/mam Please dont ignore this massage, I am using new honda activa 125cc bike, and i have given my bike for first service to your service center, and when i come to collect my bike they have refused to give my bike, I requested then that i am coming from very long distance but they refused to entertain me, it is very poooore experience to me,(first experience is last experience ) If the job is complited it is your duty to inform to customer to come and collect your bike on this date and time, but nobody has inform me.actual timing given by you at your site is till 7:00 clock. and i reached there before that time. than also nobody has given me bike back. this is my very pooore experience to your services.

    Too crowded.... Employees are frustated ... Bike service not done properly waited for two days for the bill as there was no light ... Not customer friendly.

    Very very poor after sales service from Sharayu Honda Panvel. I was given delivery of Activa 4G on 15th March 2017 with assurance that RTO passing will be done in the next 10 to 12 days but till date (20/4/2017) no call received from Sharayu Honda Panvel. No response to phone calls . Rating 1/2 star

    Pathetic Service. Had Booked bike in Advanced and expected the delivery on specific date as per the commitment from the Sales person. Just called to check the Bike availability and sales person told me, booked model is not available and other model is available and I have to Pay 2000 extra for it. When I went to check the bike , now he says even that model is not available and I have to pay 6000 more to have the new model. Sales person never calls you back for the update once you book the bike. Zero star and I expect some serious action to be taken against this showroom.
