Pathetic customer service. No system of appointment for servicing, they claim that servicing with appointment will get priority but there is no such service and you have to typically wait for an hour to give your vehicle for servicing. Moreover saw many customers who were complaining of the specified works not being done in servicing but were charged for the same.

The attitude of cashier is very bad.. He never treats customer as customer. They used to charge 3 percent extra on the card payment. Even after demonetisation they continued to charge extra on card. The service is ok ok not exceptional nor bad also. One of servicing manager is good others are just ok. They are also slow at processing insurance claims. My bike was there for 1 month for a panel sticker change.
