Hi, I am an entrepreneur who is on a look out for a good home space in Pune, yet away from Pune. My real estate agent shortlisted a few projects for me. Out of the many projects that I visited one made me a little more curious than the others. It is called the F residences and its coming up on the Balewadi road. I liked the project mainly because of its location and the connectivity that it would provide me. However, I wasn’t too happy about the possession date that they were quoting. I am looking for something with a possession time line of a year, but the project might stretch longer than that. I did like the amenities offered and even the builders has a good reputation in the market. The overall deal does look very promising. For all those buyers for whom the possession date does not matter should definitely pay a visit to the project. It does have many new and modern features that you can look into
