Very inefficient and unethical delivery service. Stay away from them. No onground tracking, the delivery personnel on their own decide not to deliver on the expected delivery date and update the status that the customer has asked for a delivery postponement!!

One of the 3rd class service i have came across..... absolutely rubbish service. No firm and correct feedback from the Customer service team. I am tracking my parcel for last 2 days and remarks on portal showing delivery failed due to office closed and whereas my office secury persons are available till 12am. Avoid this service provider and use other better services. One star just for formality.

These guys are fraud..i called them to ask on my delivery, they hang on the call saying bad me phone karo. dont expect your courier to be deliver on time.

Worst Service, the phone no shown is wrong, They updated a false information in fedex tracking, no contacts made but information updated as phone out of coverage, and address incorrect, whereas all the items are delivered in this address since last 02 years
