This guy goes by the name of Agarwal. Initially the phone had a boot up issue and I decided to give it to nearest service center. So Aundh was the one. After 7 days I got a call saying they have to change the motherboard I said go ahead and when I went there to collect it and found the camera not working. It was clear that the camera was not from the high end phone I submitted. Trust me its a super fake service center and no assurance at all.

Pathetic service guys! Dont risk giving your phone to this service centre even though they are authorised they are not genuine and provide slow service too. They told me to change the motherboard of my phone and were advicing me to sell it to them for a very cheap price instead of changing the mother board. When i declined the offer and chose to repair the phone from outside while returning they did not even fit the screws properly. This is the most pathetic service centre i have come across in my life. They might even change the parts of your phone and their engineers are not even capable. Staff is arrogant too.
