very bad service.. they do not inform before or after coming for delivery or pickup. even their customer care has also very poor service they do not give contact details of the local office or the delivery boy so that we can call them and arrange delivery as per availability. No one should use their service and this company should get bankrupt.

Simple to say words beyond Worst or Pathetic handling... my consignment is out for delivery since Saturday 09th and not delivered. The call centre takes 13+ minutes to pick the call, and no one have a basic idea of where the consignment is as on date. really worst experience. When ever called the call centre they say sir this will take 24 hours to resolve.. this is on a regular basis.
