Really bad. We had ordered for certain lights,made full payment and on the day of delivery,we had to follow up N number of times with the store coordinator,who never picks ur calls. Wonder how they get away dealing with customers so badly. Being an Architect myself,this is by far the worst experience with any vendor I have ever had.
