    I am in suspicious whether I bought a new car or old one....they handed me a car where the seats were already been covered by an additional seat cover....the freebies given were of lowest quality. While promising it was like they will give quality product but I am disappointed with the poor quality of the body cover...seat cover etc which was given to me as freebies....it was my first experience of buying new one...hence get little late in realizing the fact. Plz double check the quality if they are offering any freebies to u.

    There were some troubles initially but that happens every where . Apart from that their support was awesome. The person i was in contact was Pritam from Sanjay hyundai. I recommend approaching him for very good service . I purchased a i20 Asta (0) and i liked the service very much pre and post sales

    Worst Service I have ever seen in automobile sector. Cheater, Dishonest and rude sales person (Few exceptions). Wrong vehicle delivered, Not received vehicle on time, corroded body parts. Wasted my more than 2 days. Kindly dont even visit for test drive. You will be definitely cheated.

    Worst ever service provided by Sanjay Hundai. I have never seen such unprofessional attitude towards business. Totally frustrated and disappointed with the sales team in Sanjay Hundai. The way they are handling customers, making false promises which they cannot keep and causing unnecessary harassment to customer. Even after 10 days they have not given me a confirmed date...forget about vehicle delivery. And now they are not even calling me. I am the one who has to call them asking for delivery date. Pathetic. I would never recommend anyone to buy any vehicle from Sanjay Hundai

    They use to have good service earlier, now its worst. The advisor will not guide you with the right information. The engineers are good though. All documentation is manual, I mean common have a computer!

    Its been more than 15 days i have booked grand i10 and i had requested them to give me car with number but no delivery yet. since last 10 days they are saying its will take 2 more days. one of my friend had book same car from GARVE Hyundai after me and he got delivery in just 10 days with number. sales person before taking booking was so nice.But after mu loan has approved they started behaving rudely. I am really scared that before getting car i am getting this sort of service what would happen after- after sales service.
