Timely delivery, a responsive sales staff backed by prompt customer service can take the shopping experience to yet another level. Really applaud on the turnaround times, promptness, customer experience in making my space livable within 2 weeks of booking. Good stuff at the showroom and excellent pre-sales support. Sales staff tried to the best of their capabilities to live up to the promise on delivery and after sales service. All our post sales feedback was taken very seriously and issues were addressed as committed within 2 days. The deal on the bedroom set came at a good price for its standard quality, must visit for a bag full of wonderful surprises. Keep it up INNOVATIVE , thanks a lot!!!!

Worst experience do not buy from this shop. We opted for a 6 seater dinning table. The seat covers are made of leather n its coming out within 1 week. Finishing of wood n polish is not appropriate. The guys at shop has no way to talk with customer after they opt for the product. Go for home town n at home type standard shop. This is not a standard shop n still they charge very high. Worst shop n service.
