Hopeless service. They do not pick phone calls on customer care. It is been 15 days, my net is not working. Guys better to have no internet than to use iconnect

Worst internet service provider . Always they have some repairs going on especially on weekends .Customer care never connects always the call is in queue .

Worst experience using I connect wifi network. It gets automatically disconnected and service providers will not provide quick service to resolve the issue. You will keep on calling on customer service but no one answers.. In my opinion do not opt for iconnect

Internet speed is very good. Giving 2 star because of their customer service. No one picks up call when there is a problem in connectivity.

They dont have tracking when you paid , how much you paid. once you make payment, they will say to u that payment is not done, or your session expired
