I would have rated just half star . It is very third grade shop . I just cant understand how are they service centre of HP . I went there to repair my laptop , my external part were damaged and my mother board chip was damaged . They charged me 4times high . NO SERVICE at all . AND As it was service centre I told them that I want to buy HP Original battery . they insisted me to buy OEM that too with HIGH COST i.e 2800 Rs. I just cant understand if you are a authorised dealer why are u insisting duplicate products to customer ? . Third part is - After repairing my laptop I saw that the screw hole , they inserted FEWI QUICK in that . THIS IS SO THIRD CLASS SERVICE CENTRE OF HP . PLEASE DONT GO THERE INSTEAD FIND ANOTHER ONE .
