Digvijay SinghWorst insurance TPA. This was my first time dealing with Vidal. Their customer support is very rude and un cooperative. My brother met with accident in different city and his hand got fractured. Now for pre approval treatment in current city, they want a doctor note stating he was not drunk or f.i.r was filled. Accident happened 2 days ago, how can current doctor vouch for him. I had used medi assist 2 years back. Never faced such issues.
