Very bad experience on call itself, i rang up with my small issue that is my samsung j7 prime upper volume button is not working if i am doing it from local store ill have to pay, but it was in warranty so thought of calling and asking that how much time it will take, one lady attended my call and she was saying very easily " nahi madam aapko phone immedatley nahi milega phone rakhna padega " what bloody phone rakhna padega...??? for a small button repair

Very much bad service because I had given my phone samsung s7 edge for the replacement of the display but the display I got was pale color than the original display which is not acceptable from the Samsung mobile customer service it was worst experience in spite of paying whopping 19000 inr was the device to repair phathetic after sales service from Samsung india

Really very very bad service .. When I visit, I wait for 2 hours and the associated person said that in my mobile (Samsung Galaxy Alpha) have a battery problem so need to order new battery, They ordered at same time in June first week and then I follow up after 15 days two times but they said that not yet received .. still more than 2 months are over but neither i get call from them nor I get proper support when I call them from this service center... Its really very very bad experience with this service center.
