Flat Location Karishm Platinum Undri (near Bishop School) Builder name: Setpal Properties During the purchase of flat we(all flat owners) had payed sum of Rs 45000/- charges to form the society & one year annual maintenance amount of Rs 14000 - The approx payment of amount was in year 2012-13 depending when the individuals had purchased the flats. As promised by Setpal Properties through out the tenure till date (approx 1+ year) we were not given the below basic amenities which any normal house would require. - NO Drinking water connection - No security guard - No house keeping to clean the society & collect garbage - Water provided for day to day purpose was of detoriate quality & foul smell comes - Water provided for day to day purpose was available only from morning 7 am to 11 pm and evening 7 pm to 9 pm We all flat owners tried contacting Setpal Properties owner (his name) but he used to never attend our calls and if attended the calls he used to be rude & abruptely dosconnect our calls. We have also sent various letters to him through out this one year but there was no resond from his end. Now we flat owners have decided to form our own society and file a legal case against the builder.
