Sada patilI have been looking for a 2BHK flat in Pune since last few months. I have visited several upcoming projects in outskirts of Pune where real estate market is growing at a rapid rate. Out of all the projects I have reviewed, Suyog Nisarg project fits my overall expectations. It has all desired amenities within the complex, a good neighbourhood and good connectivity to key areas like Kalyani Nagar, Vimannanagar, Hadapsar to name a few. I would recommend this project if you are looking for a good value for your money.

viju jadhavLiving in Suyog Nisarg with my family as a tenant since last year. The floor plan is awesome and also the construction material they have used, I would like to say, is very good. Also as I am staying with my family, I wanted a calm and peaceful living place with good people around. I would like to say that I have got all of this. Also my son enjoys a lot as the society has a good playing area. If you have any doubts in what I am saying, you can yourself visit the society and check for yourself.

aniket mandekarOne of my friends recommended me to buy flat in Suyog Nisarg in Wagholi. I saw the location and it was very close to my workplace, which is Eon IT Park. The best thing which I liked about the project was that they had planned to build a temple as well, which very few builders give. Now when I have received the possession of my flat, I am so happy because the environment is over here is so good that you are able to spend peaceful time with your family once you come back home after a hard day’s work.

I hesitated a bit initially as on one side I had initial doubts whether they will be able to deliver the amenities as promised. But they perfectly matched with what was expected.
