I did not have a good experience with the quality of the produce. I did communicate this to the staff and even returned the order. I was surprised to hear from the Management immediately. Today they replaced my returned order totally free of cost. I appreciate the gesture. It indicates the integrity of the management and their commitment to their customers. Thank you

Today i have ordered chicken. Especially we have asked for small chicken and given call once twice for the same. And they have delivered one of the biggest chicken with small pieces. What you think? This is my first order. I assure I will never reorder again. Thanks for concluding me in first order itself.

Wanted to share a FishVish experience... I had placed an online order on Saturday and expected delivery on Sunday. However, while I was out at dinner on Saturday itself, I got a call from Sandesh (delivery person) that he was at my home with the order. I asked him to leave it with a neighbour, however was very concerned because it was a large cash-on-delivery order and I did not want my neighbour to have to bear the surprise cost :) Sandesh was nice enough to understand my quandry and offered two options- either to come by the next day again to collect the cash or to sms me the FishVish acct details to do a net transfer. It was a very kind gesture on his part and a big relief for me. Again proof of how FishVish and their employees are concerned about providing customers excellent service! Thank you !
