This store is an example to learn why good quality shoes are not sold because of very bad service. I have been to this store 3 to4 times over 1- 2 years. I have always felt that all staff members are reluctant to sell. No wonder this shop will have almost zero customers. As soon as you enter staff member will come but not necessarily ask what you are looking for. If you tell what you are looking for then shows the rack for you to browse and select. If you select one then unwillingness to show different colours or sizes is evident. This makes the customer walk away.
