I bought my bike from another dealership as this is about 22kms from where I live, yet I got my bike serviced here due to positive reviews that I had heard about this place. And each of them turned out to be true. Highly professional staff, transparency in transactions, and technically sound team are what impressed me most about this place. There were multiple issues with my bike which showed up before second servicing itself and hence I decided to come here inspite of the distance from where I live. And I was super impressed by how these guys mended my bike, riding it now feels so much better almost, like a new bike. I highly recommend this place to all Suzuki 2-wheeler owners.

Heera Suzuki offers one of the best services in Pune. They are truly professionals and are focused in providing best Customer services. I had purchased a new gixxer sf from Heera Sukuki Kasarwadi nd had met with an unfortunate accident damaging my bike. On taking my bike to them they really helped me a lot in all the process from insurance claim to parts replacement and service. They always provided updates on service through Calls and WhatsApp. The Showroom owner Sir really helped and himself kept asking about all the updates about the damage in bike from technicians and provided excellent services. Nandu Sir at the service centre was very good and helpful and always on top of every problem and himself checked and did inspection of my bike. I am so happy and glad that I bought my bike from this place. So if you are looking to buy any Suzuki bike/scooty do buy it from Heera as they are very excellent in providing sales and after sales services.

Delivery was fine but had to follow up multiple times for insurance and RTO passing. Suggestion : Go for other showrooms, they will provide much better service than this. Salesman behavior is so weird. They behave like we are not paying for this we are lending the bike. Many improvements required.

Good service. Before and after sale. People working here are well mannered, educated and they are hospitable! And the bike is superb too, I bought Suzuki Gixxer Moto GP Edition. Extremely ultimate performance with a great mileage.

Purchase date 22nd april, still waiting for registration number, would not recommend dealer to anybody else, gixxer bike is good, Purchasing same bike for my friend from another dealer. Disappointed with the dealer.
