I paid 149 INR and after submitting the documents and speaking 3-4 times with their staff, decided not to file my taxes through them as I was not satisfied. The executive I spoke to was not well versed with the taxation as prior to my submission, I was reviewing and I found mistakes. They did not even have the courtsey to refund my money, although I never asked for refund. Not recommended. I wonder how the rating here is 4+

H&R block has people who have no proper knowledge . Looks like 12th pass/fail candidates joined this company. Although they are prompt in calling you / following up whenever required, but what is the point when have no good knowledge. If a dumb person is filing taxes , he can go ahead with H&R. Instead di it yourself.and save the 149 bucks.
