Most pathetic service ever. Instead of swach bharat on indian roads I wish the concern authorities clean some bsnl staff and their policies. How can you even take salaries for the jobs you fail to perform. Like there is zero conscience left. Rude customer care executives, zero knowledge about internet or connections. They only have one thing to say (line mai problem hai madam or it will take 48 hours to send a technician) anybody who has bsnl connection can write a thesis about how frustrated they get to resolve an issue.
