Staff is always tells lie and cheats to customers after registering business and receiving payment or getting ECS mandate signed. I had raised a complaint to delist my one listed business as I am closing it. I had paid some amount in advance which is balance. Balance should be transferred to my another business. Their account department staff called me and told me to next ECS to go and they will transfer the total balance. Later, they say you can not cancel your ECS because you have signed the mandate which is for one year. Have you not thought before signing it? Second logic she gave me that if you do not maintain account balance, we will try ECS five times in every month and bouncing charges will become more that your ECS amount. So better to continue the ECS even after closing the business.
