I has lodged complaint of our defective video on led 2 year old several times and in spite of regular calling to customer care number they did not give any services. We can say video on has very poor service and my suggestion that no one should buy such third grade product. I am going to lodge the complaint with consumer forum about their defective product and further their defective service. They are not bothered any Even calling to customer care is waste of time and money. You may buy any local product or any Chinese but never buy any videocon product.
