Pleasant experience. I paid 20% on booking and had to cancel my booking after 4 months, still had a very polite response from Pate. Got my refund but late but I was always kept posted on developments. Special thanks to Mr. Rohan, Abhijeet and Ms. Vaidya mam.

Very bad experience, poor qulity, pate direct. Sales taking direct commission. Its ridiculously work , and the way of dealing of employees. Is not proper at all .

Pate developers sales team only demands for money. Never reply to our mails. No any updates about project. Only interested in money. Arrogent sales team. Management need to take care of it. I had booked flat at West coast park shivane in 2012.had promissed that will give possession in nov 2014 i.e. 2 yrs max. After completing 5 years also it is not completed. And after cancellation of the flat also not received money yet. Not receiving calls and not replyig to the mails as well. Worst management I ever seen. I will give negative 5 ratings. It is just a wasting of money as well as time.
