Most pathetic. Was trying to get a certain brand of dog food. Gave them enough time to confirm if it is available with them. The lady called up and said it is. Landed up at their pashan clinic address as per their website. Came to know it has shifted. Went all the way to the new place after getting the address on phone. And to my shock, the guy there said the food is not available. Instead of aplogising for this goof up the lady was rude. Absolutely unprofessional. And when will people learn to update their details on the website.
