Pathetic service. Did not really create a file as promised. The print outs were not taken properly (yes really as bad as that). Innumerable basic mistakes includes incorrect expiry date, contact details, funding details. Grammer and basic copy paste errors in yhe cover letter. Last minute additions ib basic data requests and lots more. Left us wondering why we appointed them in the first place.
