Ninad tareI happens to be one of those first customers who have taken bike from Om Wheels in their opening first week, It been my 3rd bike and 3rd showroom I am buying bike from and I must say they have provided the best comfort, communication, details and exchange offer I have ever got. I was quite amazed to see the knowledge of the staff and comfort they provided me in the showroom and the prompt delivery of bike, the most amazing thing about Om Wheels is the Owner him self interacts with costumers handle queries and even personally checks the bike before delivering it to customer. The biggest problem I had faced with my past two bike was servicing and I had to do it outside showroom from local garage but now its been two servicing at this showroom and I must say they are best at their work and the engineers are just mind blowing. I am not a big fan of HONDA but due too these guys definitely they made me fan now.

ArJuN DaBhADeI have been to many 2 wheeler showrooms which include a super sports bike showroom as well, but i must say the greetings I got upon visiting this showroom and the knowledge of the staff is overwhelming. I had few queries about the bike before making a booking and those where very politely answered by the staff. The one best thing that i really liked is that the owner of the showroom himself assists us in person which is very rare. The servicing staff is also helpful and always ready to get your bike problems solved quickly, had a chance to interact with them while fitting the accessories for my bike during delivery.
