I booked for 2 nights for my family and got shock of my life when i reached there to find 90% of the amenities missing.except food I checked out after one night My submission Refund my money back...If I dont get reply within 24 hours (I waited for 15 days and followed up with shwetha 15 times) I am forced to file a formal complaint against your company for damages of not only money but also my emotions and my family which could be worth Lacs if valued THE BALL IS IN YOUR COURT.
