3rd class connectivity .....customer care representatives are tooooo worst they just lock the complains and resolved themself without any resolution ......also drop the customer calls without any solutions........Pls pls plssssssssssss dont take it .......plssssss .....Ion ll be close soon because of their 3rd class, useless and non sence service and customer care support.

Worst service, every night net goes down in My building in kharghar sec 35, each morning the service guy comes and tells purchase the Fibre line, but other buildings near by get proper service without Fibre. The guy who comes is least bothered. Always has a bad mood and argues.
