This is what u call heaven.. One moment there is visibility and the other moment ur invisible in the fog.. Just beside the huge waterfalls.. And deep gorge.. Beautiful cottages and good food.. Very scenic and a beautiful place to take rest and have some relaxing and rejuvenating time. Road to pala Resort is narrow and bad take big car like suvs no proper direction and please carry cash. Staffs friendly and overall excellent stay. Had a blast partying here..

Pala resort can be termed as worst resort in that price range in Cherrapunji. booked 4 rooms of pala resort on 2nd July, 2017 for whole family, but had to return back because of the worst condition of the resort. first of all road to resort is in pathetic condition( In fact there is no road). There r 5/6 semi deluxe(???) cottage in price range 4800 . two very conjusted rooms with water seepage all over with dump odour . even u will find few insect inside the room moving. broken windows covered by plastic sheets. good place for fugitive criminal for hide out as its in very remote part of cherrapunji no one can find out there

Nice place..heavenly peace of mind..staffs are very cooperative..all da rooms r like cottage system..you can get hot water..we had khashi food was vry tasty..u can even njoy da 7sisters waterfall frm da balcony itself...only disadvantage is da place is located behind newly constructed NIT cherapunjee..roads condition is a bit bad..u cant get a cab bettr to tk ur own car...otherwaise its awesome..must visit wid family n frends..

Cosy and warm rooms, difficult to locate the resort and it is still developing. The staff is courteous and they have bon fire facilities. Post March is the time to visit the place as the water falls have water after the first showers of our monsoon and monsoon.
