Good gym...good ambience but lately most of the equipments need servicing or replacement. Even the trainers /coaches needs to be more approachable!

No other option in Shillong. You get your basic workout equipment here and as far as gyms go, it gets the job done, although during peek time it is too crowded and some of the machines are long overdue for service/replacement.
