Served in Electricity Department Govt of Manipur from 1979 to 1984. From 1984 to 1995 as Manager of Manipur Electronics Development Corporation Ltd. (MANITRON), Imphal for production of B/W & Colour TVS. Since 1995 till date looking after as Chief Organiser of Nupi Khunai, a society with regn. no. 39 of 1991. Since 2000, looking after as Principal of Oinam Ibohal Polytechnic, run by Nupi Khunai in addition to normal duties as CHIEF Organiser.
