I worked at ITDCI in different areas...But some factors caused me to quit the job, such as work environment , no motivation and moreover no pay to the employees...I was sincere , did my work with full dedication and had put in all my efforts, still , was not given the salary. So ITDCI do not pay their employees . Not being paid , and undervalued for what you are worth for ,& the time and efforts put in, is a cause of dissatisfaction and de-motivation for me, in-fact it can be for anyone. If ITDCI as a company wants dedicated,sincere,hard-working and trustful employees , so same way in return the employees expect and want a trustful manager who motivates them and gives them atleast a timely fair pay for the work as a reward for the efforts and work done by them. In-fact forget about paying the salary to me , I was not even told the amount at which I was working.And after so many trials to get my salary , I came empty handed.I was not paid for the entire duration I worked for. Working at ITDCI was a great dissatisfaction to me.
