Firstly bad managment, have to wait an hour beacuse of some meeting (that can be considered) but after that the patient who came late got first chance. I have to remind to the doctors for eye drop. And again eye drop went missing. And no one told to close the eyes for a while after appling the eye drop. But again the senior doctors were good and got my eyes checked well.
