Purchased Jupiter more than month ago and still waiting for RC card, staff always try to fool around here and there relevance. I will definitely escalate this service to Indore RTO and TVS India both for Ahuja TVS.

Hi Fellas, "CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERTS ARE GOOD BUT SERVICING DEPARTMENT DO NOT KNOW ROOT CAUSE OF PROBLEM. THEY ONLY BELIEVE IN SERVICING RATHER THAN PICK AND IDENTIFY ONE PROBLEM" In the beginning you will get proper service till 2-3 servicing after that mechanics complete the servicing of vehicle within 12 Mins. I would like to give 0 stars but unfortunately there was no option. I bought Jupiter from AHUJA TVS it was going smooth but after a month i observed Mileage problem of 35km/liter. I again visited for servicing but management ask a question to you that how did you check the mileage and i explained them. Then they have checked a problem was there. Problem got rectified but after 1 month only unknown problem occurred like whenever i sit on vehicle it gets off. Servicing department was not able to rectify the issue and unfortunately i had to proceed with waste servicing, After servicing they were very sure that problem has been rectified and i believed on them, Within 1 days i was outer area of Indore faced the same problem. Today 01-11-2016, Again i am having a problem of mileage ultimately i have to go again for this. Its really a time consuming process.

Do not purchase any vehicle from Ahuja TVS Bhavarkua. I had purchased vehicle on 25 the September but still my vehicle registration card is not received. No one in the show room talks nicely. Staff is arrogant. Owner is not coming forward .So my advice is not to purchase vehicle from TVS Ahuja. After Some hard work finally they could provide me RC and eventually it was delay from both the sides as well as dealer side.But at the end of day everything was OK
