The worst ever service by ODBUS.Used for the 1st time n totally dissatisfied over the service.Booked a ticket from BBSR-KOL ,however before 2 hours of the departure they called me n told that your seat has not confirmed (AC Bus) not we r refunding the amount.When i threaten them that i am having confirmed ticket of the bus booking n leggaly eligible n will travel any cost on the same booking they requested to alter the same booking for a Non AC bus.The person requested please travel by the Non AC bus as my booking for the previous ticket done twice by OD BUS.When I refused to travel by same the person do nothing n just refunded the amount .
