Nikunja Samalmy last experience with odisha e store is horrible. I placed an order in October 2016 for purchase of books and till to day (21/02/2017) not received the complete books though full payment was made on line immediately on placing the order. Till to day the balance books are being despatched as per the order history. during this period i might have contacted them over phone/mail/sms a number of times. They never respond to the mail and sms. However on contacting over phone to their office every time i am getting a tailor made reply ""your balance order will be despatched tomorrow/witin 2-3 days". Now i have left the hope of getting the balance books. Also request to the viewers not to place any pre-paid order on this firm and also such firms who do not keep their written promise.
