R V continental was the best hotel on my tour to Himachal Pradesh and Punjab. Cleanliness was great, rooms were well furnished, food was the best as compared to all the other hotels on tour. The hotel is also not at a long distance from the Golden Temple. And hey!! They gave me free ice-creams after dinner!

This place is in a locality where I guess a lot of hotels decided to set shop. this place may be hard to find if you are new to the area. The service provided was decent, good enough for a short stay. since the alley/lane is so crowded do not expect any natural ventilation in the rooms. The wifi too was turned off at night!! This was supposed to be a bed and breakfast but we were informed that there was no breakfast buffet setup.. so we had to order in.
