Worst service ever seen. Managers are very rude. No hot water in bathroom. Ordered Food was not available but no response from hotel team on intercom. Asked for a hired vehicle to go to Wagah border on the afternoon of 26th March, Manager on reception counter charge Rs 2300. In the evening driver of the vehicle refused to take us to Amritsar Railway Station and demanded extra Rs 500 because Hotel manager has paid him only Rs 1400 out of Rs 2300.
