I visited phd yesterday with my wife. I was surprised that the phd restaurant was so non hygenic that mosqitoes and flies where roaming all around and no one was taking care of the cleaniness. Flies were roaming all around our food. We were bitten by many mosqitoes in the phd. Second thing is that we asked for water to drink and we were shocked that the water was so warm that we could not drink it and the staff of phd said that they dont have cold water to drink. Completely dissatisfied.
