Good experience overall. I wanted a luxury SUV since I was coming to attend a marriage in jalandhar. The Fortuner car came on time, car was clean, driver was good, clean and helpful. He stayed with us all through, was well mannered, full 5 stars to him. Drawbacks(reasons for 4 stars) 1. Car covers were wrinkled, due to use obviously, and car appeared 4-7 years old. Good condition, well maintained, but age was showing. 2. Price was a bit high, value for money was above average, but overall service and overall experience was very good. Thank you.
