A Perfect Thug who will take money in advance and then keep on delaying the delivery. We purchased furniture of more than 1 lacs. Entire money was pain in three installments as per delivery of goods but after making entire payment, goods worth 16000 were not delivered. Delivery dates are being postponed for one or the other reason. When I asked for refund of money, the owner said he will refund after deducting some amount. Also he even hinted that there is no written record of transaction, so he can even withhold the same. My suggestion is to look for reliable supplier rather than landing into thugs hand.
