IN HANK FORM ALSO USEFUL FOR DYEING KNITTED FABRIC TECHNICAL DATA These machines are also available in any capacity ranging from 5 Kg. to 4000 Kg This machine is designed in the shape of a rectangular box with roof, central partition wall, tapered bottom, two doors on front side. It is fitted on channel frame with adequate stiffeners. Under and above hangers, perforated covers provided. At the bottom of box, steam coils fitted for heating purpose. Turbo-propeller fitted below central vertical partition ensures symmetrical liquor flow in either direction, driven by central shaft through these-step-pulley at predetermined speed by an endless V-belt or a standard electric motor attached with automatic control panel. Control panel is meant for automatic forward and reverse operations of propeller at predetermined intervals. It is fitted with timers, indicators lamps, push-buttons, rotary switch, volt-meter and am-meter etc. color level indication tube, color tank, overflow pipe, single set of hangers, water and outlet, direct and indirect steam coils also provided.
