its been three days now no internet connection always delaying the issue never solve it and saying it that we have sent the team but i have never seen the team coming and solving the issue never got speed opted for 12 Mbps but never got over 5-6 Mbps. never opt it specially in panchkula its the worst isp i ever know and there staff always compare themselves with airtel there is no option of 0 star i would like to give them

Internet disconnected like stop stop again. Veryyyyy Poorrrrrrr for Ynetworks. I had feedback connection with Y-network ignore as not response. Y-network need money only for technical never help. Better Airtel broadband a wonderful.

poorest serivce always disconnect and speed you get 50% if you taken 2mb or 4mb plan .... support nothing just hold the phone always

very bad experience,i live in panchkula and my biggest mistake was taking the ynet connection,they charge 1000 for installation and gave me 1mbps plan in 650 rupees but after that in one month they have increased their fees to 770 without prior notice and now coming to service ,worse connectivity at night after 10 pm i dont know wether they shut down or not but net usually dont works and after 11 pm they dont pic phone and in morning a technical boy came and said its due to technical problem and resolve the issue ,now another day again around 11 pm in night net again stop working and process repeats again and again,you will spend more rupees calling their customer care in a month than you gove for net connection
