    I am from Pondicherry, and regularly visit Kalki. On my last visit to this store, 22nd March, I purchased a blue leather sandal. Unexpectedly it gave me deep shoe bites within the first couple of hours of wear. Just not so, it also bruised the 2nd toe. I reported the same to the manager and co (I think he was the manager) within 48 hours. I showed them the deep cut, and the bruise. Not only did they ignore or refuse to help me out, but went so far as to tell me maybe i was lying about their product, and it was some other shoe which had given me those deep bites. He also told me, "you are the first customer who is complaining". I also explained that I didn’t have the bill. After a lot of explanation from my side he asked me to get the sandal. On taking the same next day, he asked me to go to the factory and talk to the manufacturers and settle scores by myself AS I DO NOT HAVE THE BILL he said. I told him, i could show him the transaction detail on my mobile, but he was least interested. All said and done, now my shoe lies in the rack. Folks please think twice before you invest your money in a Store like this. I do not say all their products are bad, but management definitely sucks!! I lost 1354 rupees (for my sandal).
